Restrictions for Ballooning Participation

Ballooning is an enjoyable and safe outdoor activity for individuals of all ages. However, due to the

nature of the adventure, certain individuals may not be eligible to participate.

– Age and Health Restrictions:

Children under the age of 4, pregnant women, individuals with back, knee, or heart-related conditions,

and those experiencing chronic pain or recovering from recent major surgery are prohibited from

participating.

If you have any medical condition that could cause discomfort or be exacerbated during the flight or

landing, it is strongly recommended that you consult your physician prior to participating.

– Weight Limitations:

Passengers weighing over 105 kg are required to notify the company in advance, as special

accommodations or additional fees may apply, particularly for group flights.

Cancellation Policy

While every effort will be made to conduct the flight as scheduled, certain circumstances, such as

weather conditions or logistical constraints, may necessitate a change in the launch site or cancellation

of the flight.

– Flight Cancellation:

If a flight is canceled for safety reasons due to adverse weather conditions or technical issues, the flight

will be rescheduled to the next mutually convenient date. In the event that no alternative date can be

arranged due to the unavailability of both parties, a full refund will be issued.

– Reservation Changes:

Changes to passenger names or flight types may be made up to 4 days prior to the flight, subject to

availability. Additional charges or a change in tariff may apply.

– Passenger Cancellations:

Passengers wishing to modify their booking, including changing the number of passengers, must

provide notice via email at least 96 hours (4 days) prior to the scheduled flight. Depending on the

circumstances, a full or partial refund will be issued, or the balance will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations made within 4 days of the scheduled flight will be subject to the full payment, and no

refund will be provided.

Passengers who fail to attend their scheduled flight (no-call, no-show) will forfeit their ticket, and no

refund will be provided. Any outstanding balance will remain due.

Payment Terms

All fees related to the reservation must be fully paid before boarding. No booking will be confirmed

without a complete payment and the submission of all required details.
